REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

All items damaged in transit, or order discrepancies, must be reported to Needstash.com within 24 hours of your receipt of the order. If your product is damaged please see the details on returning damaged products.

If the purchaser wants to return any goods that are defective, please see the details on returning defective products. 

If the purchaser wants to return any goods for any other reason, the purchaser may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All goods must be in an unused condition.

Returns must be in a new, unused condition, with the original packaging and any included product accessories. 

Needstash.com will refund or replace the goods, however Needstash.com will not be liable for the refund on shipping expenses unless it is due to an error on our behalf. 

RETURNING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Should there be a claim for a manufacturer defect, the goods will be returned by the purchaser to Needstash.com for replacement after receiving confirmation from management. 

If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault and is within the warranty period the item will be repaired or replaced, unless due to user negligence. Please note that as per the Consumer Protection Act Needstash.com is allowed up to 20 Working days to check the device and return it to the purchaser. However every effort will be taken to lessen the time frame as possible.

Goods in transit from the purchaser to Needstash.com remains the client’s responsibility until signed for in store. All goods returned must contain all relevant parts along with original order number and or proof of purchase.

Should goods be found to have been damaged due to user negligence costs of transportation back to the purchaser is at the purchaser’s expense.

Needstash.com abides by the manufacturer’s warranty. No warranty claim will be processed if the purchaser has misused the product or not abided by the instructions laid out by the manufacturer.

We offer a 7 day refund policy where should the purchaser feel the product has a fault we will exchange it. Refunds are only issued after all other steps have been taken to rectify the problem with the purchaser. Should the purchaser require a refund, then the cost of getting the product back to Needstash.com is at the purchaser expense and refunds will be processed on receipt of the goods. The goods must arrive with all components and must be returned in good condition.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info at needstash.com clearly stating your order number in the subject of the email, and the defect. 

Regrettably no returns or refunds will be entertained on sale items, or health products. 

RETURNING DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Upon delivery of your order please inspect all items carefully. If the box appears to be damaged, please have the courier’s driver sign the packing slip or invoice, noting on the waybill that the outer box was delivered damaged. Please ensure to always take photographs before opening the package. 

If the order’s packaging is exposed or severely damaged, take a photograph of the exposed or severely damaged packaging along with the attached packing slip.

If a delivery has been accepted and signed for, without clearly indicating on the delivery waybill that the packaging was damaged, all products in that order will be deemed to be free from damage. Should the purchaser fail to do this it shall be deemed as goods accepted. 

Damaged Product Returns must be in a new, unused condition, with the original packaging and any included product accessories. 

Please send these images of the damages via email, clearly noting your order number in the subject line to info at needstash.com within 24 hours of your delivery. Please allow 20 working days for the return to be finalized.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a credit or refund, and/or collection of the damaged item. Any returns that do not meet the criteria above will not be credited or refunded.
